Dr. Gary Kiekhoefer is the senior Doctor of Chiropractic and owner of Kiekhoefer Chiropractic in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. He has been treating patients in the Cottage Grove MN area since 1989.

Dr. Kiekhoefer grew up in Oakdale, Minnesota and graduated from Tartan High School in 1981. He learned the value of hard work from his father who often worked two to three jobs. While playing college baseball at the University of St. Thomas, a back injury caused him to seek chiropractic care for the first time.

His success with chiropractic care and his interest in the body’s ability to heal itself when subluxations are removed lead him to change his lifetime goal of attending medical school to attending chiropractic college. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Thomas in 1985 and graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1988.

In 1989, Dr. Kiekhoefer opened Kiekhoefer Chiropractic in Cottage Grove MN. He has been blessed to be a part of the community for over 30 years. His practice is family-oriented, treating patients of all ages, from infants to patients in their nineties.

Dr. Kiekhoefer has received additional training in sports injuries and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). His practice has a special emphasis on sports injuries, acute injuries, rehabilitation, and wellness care.

In his free time, Dr. Kiekhoefer enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. The family is sport-oriented and they enjoy tennis, golf, softball, basketball, boating, and a variety of other sports. Dr. Kiekhoefer is a member of the Cottage Grove Lions Club, Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce, and the Minnesota Chiropractic Association.

After raising her children and working in education, Wendy has expanded her caregiving foray into the chiropractic field. A beneficiary of chiropractic since junior high, Wendy brings a calm and compassionate demeanor to our office.

Maria has been a proponent of chiropractic since she was 12 years old. Although she is relatively new to working in the world of chiropractic care, she enjoys it, especially greeting people with a smile as they walk in the door.

Nicole

Nicole is the Office Manager and has been at Kiekhoefer Chiropractic since January 2019. She is very passionate about chiropractic, natural healthcare, and looking for ways to use the body’s natural healing methods. She immensely enjoys assisting people on their journey to health and wellness.

Nicole grew up in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, and graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s of Science in History, from which she learned the value of critical thinking, quiet leadership, and many other skills and traits. Suffering from low back pain when she was young caused her parents to bring her to their chiropractor, which happened to be Dr. Kiekhoefer. After experiencing relief and seeing how much chiropractic helped herself and others, she has been an active advocate for chiropractic healthcare.

In her free time, Nicole loves to bake (anything and everything!), cook, read, workout, and spend time with friends and family. She is an active member at her church and serves in its café once a month and looks for other ways to serve her church family.
